The class will focus on posture (S and C posture), lower body mobility (ankles & hips), upper body mobility (T-spine, shoulders, and wrists), lower body stability (core & legs), upper body stability (scapula & trunk), and balance, & power as it relates to the golf swing. Sign up now and get ready for the 2011 golf season. All fitness levels welcome.
