The Broad Street Hype Continues..

With all the hype generated by my previous blog, the Broad Street Run has sold out after just five days.  This is the second year that race organizers decided to cap the race at 30,000.  In 2010 it took months to sell out, this year it only took a few days.  Representation of Bucks Physical Therapy Employees and BucksFit staff and clients will be high.  Here is the list of participants: Eric, Shawn, Carey, Tom, Megan, Stephanie, Andrea, Katy, Heather, Steve, and Joe.

For all those participating in the BSR think about your goal time and share it with me.  I’d like to help out with your training.
