Kickboxing
This class is a full body conditioning class that focuses on strength, stretching, ab and core work. Boxing and kickboxing combinations on heavy bags will be performed as well as speed, agility and plyometrics exercises. This class is a high intensity cardio workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. All levels welcome.

Cross Training for Runners
60 min group training focused around running. During the class, participants will be instructed through an active / dynamic warm-up, metabolic conditioning, strength training & yoga stretching. The class will also include some focus on running form / gait analysis, injury prevention. There will also be opportunities for outdoor running, cross training on cardio equipment, and active recovery in our heated pool / whirl pool (AM group only). Bootcamp
The BucksFIT bootcamp will focus around HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It will incorporate, strength machines, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, battle ropes, tires and other training methods. This will be a full body core workout and challenge your strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
