KidsFit is a fitness program designed specifically to help kids develop good exercise habits necessary for a healthy lifestyle, while still having fun. Participants will reach new levels of fitness and self-esteem through drills and games designed to teach teamwork, good sportsmanship and perseverance.

- Sessions are one hour in length
- Sports specific or personal training sessions are available 1:1 for any age or ability, or for children with specific health issues
