KidsFit is a fitness program designed specifically to help kids develop good exercise habits necessary for a healthy lifestyle, while still having fun. Participants will reach new levels of fitness and self-esteem through drills and games designed to teach teamwork, good sportsmanship and perseverance.

  • Enhance and encourage enjoyment of sports and physical activities
  • Participants learn fundamentals they can apply outside of BucksFit
  • More active kids equal a reduced risk of Type II diabetes and Obesity
  • Participation in group activities encourages a longer attention span
  • Sessions are one hour in length
  • Sports specific or personal training sessions are available 1:1 for any age or ability, or for children with specific health issues
